Wednesday Night Summer Fun Runs
The Town of Kinderhook with help from the Kinderhook Runners Club is once again running the summer fun runs.
They're 5K's every Wednesday night at 7:00PM from the Kinderhook Village Square starting June 15th and running 10 weeks.
They're free and and if you run 5 runs you get a t-shirt!

Saturday Club Runs
Every Saturday morning, rain, shine snow, ice, ... there is a club run.
There are always different routes at different distances for different levels of ability.
Generally they start in the Village, but on the first Saturday of the month we generally pick another location.
Notices for the Saturdays runs are posted on the "Members Home Page".
