The KRC meets every Wednesday night at the Kinderhook Village Square at 6PM. Brrrr :-)
Runs vary in length from 5k to 7 miles.
It may be cold, windy, and slippery, but it will get or keep you in shape for those Spring Races!

Every Saturday morning, rain, shine snow, ice, ... there is a club run.
There are always different routes at different distances for different levels of ability.
Generally they start in the Village, but on the first Saturday of the month we generally pick another location.
Notices for the Saturdays runs are posted on the "Members Home Page".
